RESIDENTIAL SUMMER CAMP HARPENDEN
From 14 to 22 August
Our programme is designed for teenagers aged 14 to 17 who wish to improve their English through a genuinely British language and cultural immersion experience, away from their families.
Participants will take part in different local summer camps, integrating with British teenagers, while sharing accommodation with international groups from all over the world. A strongly local experience, enriched by the multicultural environment that characterises British society.
The group is led by a qualified professional responsible for supervision, guidance, and mentoring throughout the stay. In addition, the M&N team will coordinate the programme and all activities, providing logistical support and ensuring continuous supervision at all times.

What Makes Us Different?
The camps we offer are not international work camps, but local summer camps where most participants are British teenagers. This guarantees a full cultural and linguistic immersion experience.
Accommodation
Accommodation is provided in a boarding school in Harpenden, housed in a historic building dating back to 1906, fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. Facilities include a sports centre, fitness room, gymnasium, assembly hall, theatre, library, meeting rooms, and extensive outdoor sports facilities for lacrosse, rugby, football, netball, and cricket.
The school hosts students from across the UK during the academic year and becomes a student residence in summer, creating a genuinely British environment while encouraging interaction with international groups.
Participants will stay in shared double or quadruple rooms with shared bathrooms. On weekdays, students will receive a packed lunch to take to their summer camps. Breakfast and dinner are served daily at the boarding school, where a range of evening social and cultural activities are offered each night.
The programme also includes two discovery excursions, to London and Brighton or Cambridge.
